Abrar Al-Shammari

A Leadership & Business Coach, International Certified Trainer, and Certified Educational Consultant, with 11 years of experience teaching English. She holds a B.A. in Primary Education (English) with Honors, and has delivered numerous training programs and practical workshops in diverse areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Personality Analysis, and Collaborative Teamwork & Team Building, along with other development-focused programs.

Her vision in this role is grounded in the belief that institutional excellence starts with effective administration, clear governance, and professional communication that keeps members at the heart of every decision. She aims to enhance administrative efficiency, ensure transparency and alignment with global ICF standards, and build an organized operating system that supports the board and empowers strategic initiatives.

Her aspiration is to position the ICF Kuwait Chapter as a regional role model in organizational quality, operational sustainability, and strong partnerships—serving the coaching community and expanding its positive impact locally and regionally.
