Yasmeen Mansour Hayat

Holding an MBA degree and bringing over 23 years of experience in private banking and wealth management across local and international banks in Kuwait, she holds professional certifications from Moody’s (CICC), CWM, and IISI, with a strong foundation in business strategy, financial services, and client-centric solutions.

She is currently focused on talent development within the Human Resources function at one of Kuwait’s leading local banks. Holding certifications including ATD, CIPD HR, Master Trainer, and TOT, she works on transforming banking and business expertise into impactful learning experiences, capability development, and measurable performance improvement.

In parallel, she is honored to serve on the Board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as Director of Marketing and Communications, where she contributes to strengthening institutional identity, stakeholder engagement, and the advancement of global coaching standards.

Her passion lies in bridging business, learning, and coaching to support sustainable growth, leadership excellence, and enhanced organizational performance.
